- Community outreach to the Marina Bay Community HOA’s, Marina Bay Neighborhood Council, and local businesses
- Maintained the project website/social media with weekly updates and photos
- Created a ‘Do You Know Your Route” cards that was distributed throughout the community before road closure
- Addressed all concerns with the construction from noises, dirt, signs, business loss, outages etc. with the neighbors and local business

- Managed an effective small outreach program providing support services to subcontract managers on outreach efforts in reaching qualified M/WBE and SBs for upcoming bid projects
- Developed and maintained a database as well as verifying state certification status, assist in certification process if necessary for Skanska
- Executed community outreach projects with Skanska on various outreach projects assisting business match making events outreach to prospective SBE/DBE’s on proposed projects; pre-qualifying construction subcontractors, professional services, and general services for upcoming bid projects.

- Provided Easy Go Richmond Pilot program PR & Marketing and Outreach for the City of Richmond and Greenprint Transportation Company.
- Informed the community of the opportunity of the pilot program around the surrounding communities, as well as supervise staff at rental locations through effective press and outreach events with monthly publications to residents
- Worked with AC Transit in implementing the clipper card to low-income families in several housing communities.

- Worked as a sub to BDI, Inc. on spearheading the survey efforts for the SFPUC to understand why African American contractors are not equally involved in or part of the awards of contracts and projects being delivered by the SFPUC
- Helped SFPUC craft a questionnaire that the commission believed reflected the most important issues that are relevant to not only the African American Community but also reflected a more broad cross-section of the standard contracts and award processes faced/encountered by all Small Business Enterprises.
